We have had very few days of sun this spring in the water-logged Northwest. When we catch even a glimpse of blue sky we throw on our sandals and rush outdoors to ride bikes, take a walk, draw with our sidewalk chalk or play in the sandbox. We are keeping our fingers crossed for more sun to immerge in the near future. Until then we are reciting a cute little saying from Mary Englebreit...
"Walk towards the sunshine, and the shadows will fall behind you".
