While at the kiddy pool, at our local pool, I try to keep the kids hydrated by bringing some water bottles and forcing them to take a drink now and again. Today when we left the pool, Ben asked if he could have a sip of water because he needs to 'hibernate' his body. Totally made me laugh.
At 18 months, Megan has NO fear. She is all over the pool and dives in head first occasionally with no way of getting herself up. Scares me to tears every time.
